The Sacramento Valley Shooting Center hosts a Cowboy Lever Action Rifle Silhouette (CLARS) match in Sacramento on the 3rd Saturday of each month at their 200 yard pistol silhouette range [Click here for a map and directions] You are invited! Sign-in starts at 8 am followed by sighting in and shooting at 9 am. Entry Fee is $20 per shooter. Steel targets using any rimmed cartridge .25 caliber and up (plus 35 Rem). No jacketed ammo, no pistol rigs, per range rules. SAN JOSE COWBOY LONG RANGE MATCH - 4th SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH The Coyote Valley Sharpshooters are a Cowboy Shooting Club affiliated with WASA, the Western Action Shootists Association. They host a Cowboy Long Range Match on the 4th Saturday of each month at the Santa Clara County Field Sports Park 200 yard range, located south of San Jose. You are invited! This is purely a long range rifle match, no pistol or shotgun. Please be aware it is not a standard CAS match. Please don't bring or wear your pistols, the range does not allow them..
